Hopesalmentelakka Oy in Helsinki, Finland operates several boat hoists. These pictures show how a Sunseeker 74 is taken out from the water and put into a shed for winter storage with a Sublift 40 ton. Sublift is the professional, safe, compact, self-propelled and submersible slipway boat hoist for Yacht Clubs and Marinas.
This is the right time to secure your Sublift Boat Hoist for the season 2017. We are now approaching autumn and winter, at least in the Northern hemisphere. Boats are lifted up on shore for winter storage. It is the best time to plan for the coming spring and next season. Look at our program for hoists up to 90 ton. Contact us for our best offer and delivery time. Sublift self-propelled hoists made for efficient, safe boat handling from water through service to storage and back in water again!
Visit us at Seaworks at stand 14-16 June Mayflower Park, Southampton, UK. Our stand A158 is located next to our representative The Pontoon & Dock Company Ltd.
The Sublift 12t is released in a new version allowing boats with a beam up to 4.8 m. This is accomplished by a revised design with a 2.8 m wide cross beam replacing the 2.5 and optional version with a 3.0 m tube. The new design make it possible to straddle cradles up to 3.3 m wide. The design is standardized and yet is more flexible allowing wider boats, cradles and supports and the hoist is still less than 3 m in transport mode.
As new Sublift representative in the UK the Pontoon & Dock Company Ltd has been appointed.
The Pontoon & Dock Co Ltd, considers that having Sublift in the company’s portfolio fits very well with all of the other boat handling and storage equipment which it supplies.
Sublifts are currently operating in the U.K. in a wide range of locations, from a marina in the Shetlands to a shipyard in Plymouth, from a Royal Navy Base also in Plymouth, to a family run marina specializing in handling traditional yachts near Portsmouth and to a small harbor in Northumberland where the Sublift helps keep fishing vessels and tourist boats for the Farne Islands well serviced.
Pontoon & Dock have a service engineer who ensures that all Sublifts are kept in good running order and that any emergencies are dealt with in a timely manner.
